Please always record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps ensure a fair and thorough investigation in case any issues arise.
Returns are accepted within 5 days once the customer received the items, provided the Product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
Swap of size/color is accepted but shipping fee of the return and exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
Snicosh reserves the right to do a technical evaluation of the items prior to approval of return and exchange request.
In case we shipped out a damaged item, Refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive & checked the returned item.
